Follow-up sessions are designed to support progress, answer questions, and adapt your plan as you improve. These sessions focus on: - Reviewing your symptoms, movement, and outcome measures - Progressing or modifying your exercise programme - Discussing activity levels, flare-ups, or challenges - Refining strategies to help you stay active and confident Between sessions, you’ll continue to have access to your programme and can ask questions throughout, so support extends beyond the appointment itself.
