Develop strength, resilience, and long-term independence

- Want to return to or maintain higher activity levels

- Are aiming to delay or avoid surgery

- Want structured progression and accountability

- Initial 60-minute consultation

- 6 × 45-minute follow-up sessions

- Progressive, individualised exercise programme

- Education, load management, and lifestyle guidance

- Ongoing support between sessions
